The full fee schedule is public, so you can quote logistics to a client before the first piece ships. Receiving and storage are per item by size category; delivery is per item with hourly and mileage components where they apply.

Seasonal outdoor service (fall/winter storage with spring redelivery) is quoted from dimensions and quantity based on submitted photos; see seasonal storage. Rates mirror the published fee schedule; when the schedule changes, this page changes with it.
How billing works.
- Monthly, month-to-monthInvoiced monthly with 30 days' notice to close an account. No long-term contract required.
- Damage documentationVisible damage is photographed and reported at receipt. Freight and supplier claims remain the client's responsibility.
- InsuranceEvery item in our care is insured. As a best practice, we also encourage clients to carry their own coverage for goods in storage and transit, the same way you would for any high-value inventory.
- Seasonal outdoor serviceQuoted from dimensions and quantity based on submitted photos. See seasonal storage.
