Seasonal Outdoor Service
Patio furniture that winters well.
Kansas City winters are hard on outdoor furniture, and garages fill up fast. We pick it up in the fall, clean it, store it in outdoor-rated space, and bring it back ready for the first warm weekend of spring.
How the season works
- Fall pickup. We schedule a pickup before the weather turns, load carefully, and document every piece.
- Cleaning. Cushions, frames, and finishes are cleaned before anything goes into storage.
- Winter storage. Pieces spend the off-season in outdoor-rated storage, tracked and photographed like everything else in the building.
- Spring redelivery. When the season opens, we deliver and place everything back where it lives.
How pricing works
Seasonal service is quoted from dimensions and quantity, based on photos you submit. Send a few pictures of the set and we will return a season price covering pickup, cleaning, storage, and redelivery. Service is subject to weather and site access, and pickups require advance scheduling.
For designers, seasonal storage pairs naturally with an account: your clients' outdoor pieces winter in the same documented, insured care as their project furnishings.

Fall pickup slots are limited by truck days. Photos in hand, quoting takes a day.
