In the Southpark Commerce Center in Olathe, minutes from I-35 and easy to reach from anywhere in the Kansas City metro. Carriers get a real dock and a fast turnaround; designers get a facility worth showing off.
Built for furniture, not freight
The building was chosen and fitted for one job: protecting fine furnishings between the factory and the finished room. Every piece is wrapped, staged by project, and kept clean and easy to find. The drive-in bay means containers and box trucks unload under cover. Electronic access and alarm coverage protect the floor around the clock, and the clean office space up front is where paperwork, photos, and project reporting happen.
Receiving runs on a tight weekday window because that is what keeps the dock predictable for carriers and the notifications fast for designers.
